  Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
  SAMHSA's mission is to assure that quality substance abuse and mental health services are available to the people who need them, and to ensure that prevention and treatment knowledge is used more effectively in the general health care system.  SAMSA also provides access to webpages for the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention and Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.
  National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA)
  Supports research and the dissemination of findings in a wide range of scientific areas including genetics, neuroscience, epidemiology, health risks and benefits of alcohol consumption, prevention, and treatment.
  National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)

  National Center for Health Statistics

  The Office of National Drug Control Policy
    ONDCP is authorized to develop and coordinate the policies, goals, and objectives of the Nation's drug control program for reducing the use of illicit drugs.
  Drug Enforcement Administration

  Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms
